Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies 1. Appointment Scheduling: - Appointments can be scheduled online through our website, by phone, or in person at the clinic. - Please provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment. - New patients are required to complete a registration form available on our website or at the clinic. 2. Confirmation: - All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time. You will receive a reminder via email or SMS. Cancellation Policies 1. Cancellation Notice: - To cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or in person. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee of 10,000 Naira - No-shows will be charged a fee of 15,000 Naira 3. Emergency Cancellations: - In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen and will accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Waitlist Policies 1. Joining the Waitlist: - If your preferred appointment time is not available, you can choose to join the waitlist. - Waitlisted patients will be notified of any openings via email or SMS. 2. Priority: - Priority on the waitlist is based on the order of requests received. - Patients with urgent dental needs may be given higher priority. 3. Notification and Response: - When an appointment slot becomes available, waitlisted patients will be contacted. Please respond within 2 hours to confirm the slot. - If there is no response within the given time, the slot will be offered to the next patient on the waitlist. General Policies 1. Late Arrivals: - If you arrive more than one hour late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the treatment plan to fit the remaining time. 2. Patient Responsibility: - Patients are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date to ensure proper communication regarding their appointments. 3.
